Re-establishing Taliban or it is better to say; within returning of Taliban to power and to political affairs, some of its neighboring countries as Iran are concerned about their own internal security. Although at the same time, the "Iran" authority has not expressed any anxieties about it. But in the past, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran and Muhammad Jawad Zarif, the foreign minister of that country, hosted the Afghan delegations.

In fact, after revealing aspirations and desires of the Powers and some of countries in the region about returning, supporting and bring the Taliban into the political arena in the framework of international law leads to immense changes. Moreover, returning the Taliban show the first stage of this theatre.

It looks that there have been diverse viewpoints for presence Islam forms among Kurds in the past until now. But generally, there was not a jihadist approach and style on terms that draw a border between themselves and others. Moreover, they are not selecting World of Islam and World of Disbeliefs by using sword.

After coalition forces attacked Iraq in 2003, the East and the South of Kurdistan are in areas where they have accepted and manifested these ideological and social principles under the name of Salafiyat or Salafi. Salahiyat is one of the Islamic movements that took place in the 1980s and 1990s; especially it appears after the Soviet Union war on Afghanistan.

In the September 11, 2001 incident, the movement introduced itself as a different movement with other Islamic movements and attracted global attention on itself. Although this situation has affected many other areas, including eastern Kurdistan, but after the War of Afghanistan and the Soviet Union, and then the US attack on Afghanistan and Iraq, advanced of The Salafiyat in Kurdistan has been increased.

The speeches made during the formation of various social groups to the Gulf War in Kurdistan can be divided into three discourses.

1.Nationalist discourse was first presented in Kurdistan by a group called the "Kurdish Revival Association" (1945).

2.Socialist discourse was created by the Komala Party (1969), which later changed its name to the Communist Party of Iran.

3.3- Islamic discourse; this speech for the first time by Ahmad Muftizadah in the 1950s by establishing schools and religious series in Sina and Mariwan After the Islamic Revolution of Iran maintained its activities in organizing two groups: "The Book of the Qur'an" and the "Dawat and Islah" groups.

Nevertheless after the first US attack on Iraq in the early 1990s and the opening of the border between eastern and southern Kurdistan, two other speeches and discourses occurred in Kurdistan. These two speeches were consist of a western speech that two parties "Patriotic Union of Kurdistan- PUK) and (Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iraq- KDP) represented. Then a radical Islamic speech was represented by Islamic group called "Islamic movement – Haraka” but then it was isolated on some small groups. In addition to this movement, in the early 1980s, after the September 11, 2001 incident, and the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq by western forces, radical Islam, which generally combined to Salafi movement has arrived Iran. This movement is merely committed to Salafyat and is not caring about nationality.

The Salafis, who took responsibility for most of the explosions in the world and 11th September accidents, were formally or informally opposed to the new world order and they declared war. Furthermore, they have recognized as terrorist movement in political literature. But despite their definition by this name, they have a lot of followers in the world. This thinking is supported by people in eastern Kurdistan. It is also worth mentioning that many Kurds in the East of Kurdistan participated in suicide and suicide bombings in Pakistan, Iraq, and Afghanistan, as well as existing many of them are prisoners in Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib. Because these groups consider the border between Truth and Lies very clearly, whom they believe that they are right, but the others are misguided, and infidel. But more important than their risks on Kurdistan is returning security condition to Kurdistan, a situation that Kurds of eastern Kurdistan tried to eradicate it on Kurdistan.
